I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel boasts a lovely balcony with a fantastic view of the water, which was a highlight. However, I found the rooms to be a bit modest and not as clean as I had hoped. Service was generally good, although there were a few hiccups, like being charged for a broken glass. The location is quite beautiful, with the river nearby and close enough to Hoi An town for easy access. However, some aspects of the dining experience could improve, especially for vegetarians.
